تظهر المخالفات في حال كانت المنشأة مؤسسة (مملوكة لشخص واحد): يمكن لمالك المنشأة الاطلاع على المخالفات، عند تحديث السجل التجاري لدى وزارة التجارة.  تظهر المخالفات في حال كانت المنشأة شركة (مملوكة لأكثر من شخص): يمكن للمفوضين على الشركة والمسجلين في المركز السعودي للأعمال الاطلاع على المخالفات.

Violations will appear if the establishment is a sole proprietorship (owned by a single individual). The establishment owner may view the violations after updating the commercial registration with the Ministry of Commerce. Violations will appear if the establishment is a company (owned by more than one individual). The company’s authorized representatives registered with the Saudi Business Center may view the violations
